NRL HPCMP Affiliated Resource Center
NRL is the corporate research laboratory for the Navy and Marine Corps and conducts a broad program of scientific research, technology and advanced development.
The Center for Computational Science (CCS), located in the Information Technology Division, provides research as well as operational computation and network support at NRL. The mission of the CCS is to provide state-of-the-art scientific scalable computing in support of basic and applied research at NRL and throughout the Department of Defense (DoD).

Consulting and Training
The CCS provides help-desk assistance for code development, parallelization and debugging. We can also provide more in depth one-on-one consultation as requested.
HPC users have a variety of training options available through the DoD HPCMP User Productivity Enhancement and Training (PET).
NRL Service/Agency Approval Authority
Among other duties, the S/AAA assists NRL in the call for proposals, establishing allocations and accounts at the DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRCs) and other Affiliated Resource Centers (ARCs), publishing NRL usage reports, publishing the annual reports, and coordinating NRL user group meetings.
